WHAT IS LOTUSMAT™ MADE OF? AND HOW BIG IS IT?

The materials for our LotusMat™ are carefully chosen to keep the mat lightweight and travel friendly. Every LotusMat™ is hand-made with cotton, high density polyurethane foam and non-toxic plastic. We truly believe that LotusMat's™ abilities are worth its price. Many of our customers have saved hundred of dollars on chiropractor appointments and pain relievers!

IS LOTUSMAT™ FOR EVERYONE?

If you have a condition such as osteoporosis, a recent fracture or injury, cancer, easy bruising, a bleeding disorder, heart disease, uncontrolled blood pressure, diabetes, or are using anticoagulant or anti platelet medications, we recommend you speak to your health care provider before trying acupressure.

If you are pregnant, you should speak to your care provider before trying acupressure. Acupressure typically isn't done on the abdomen or certain points on the leg or low back during pregnancy.

Acupressure shouldn't be done over open wounds, bruises, varicose veins, or any area that is bruised or swollen.


WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIMES?

USA and Canada: 10 - 14 business days

Oceania: 7 - 21 business days

Europe: 9 - 21 business days

Latin America: 10 - 25 business days

Other countries: 14 - 30 business days

 

PROCESSING TIME:

Orders can sometimes take 2-4 business days to process after placing the order before shipping out.

 

WHERE IS MY TRACKING NUMBER? 

When your items are shipped out, you will receive an automatic notification via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll look right into it for you! 

Sometimes, after you get the notification that your order has shipped, your tracking number may not pull up any information yet. This is normal, and it all depends on how quickly the post office updates your tracking number after it ships. Please check back on it in a few days. 


I ORDERED TWO, BUT ONLY RECEIVED ONE MAT. WHAT HAPPENED?

Don't worry! Often times our LotusMats are shipped separately in an effort to save on shipping costs so that we can keeping shipping FREE for all of our customers! If you were given an order number for each LotusMat, there will also be a personalized tracking number for each order, so that you can see when the next one will arrive. 


WHERE IS MY LOTUSMAT™?

In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing, which, unfortunately, we cannot control. Please also allow a few extra days for shipping during the holiday season as we are not responsible for shipping delays. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation. We are not responsible for orders that are confirmed as delivered by the postal service tracking number, but if your tracking status is delivered and you have not received your order we will expedite you another product free of charge. 


DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE? HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Yes! We ship worldwide. We offer all customers free Domestic and International Shipping with tracking to most countries.


MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED, CAN I GET A REFUND?

In rare cases, products may become damaged in transit. If that's the case, please email us at support@shoplotusmat.com with pictures of the damage and we will replace your order or issue you a full refund immediately. 


I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER, CAN I RETURN IT?

If you are not satisfied with your order within 14 days, email us at support@shoplotusmat.com and we will make it right immediately. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.
